Mediation

Williams, Hall & Latherow, P.S.C. provides mediation services. Kenneth Williams, Jr. and Roger W. Hall are both trained mediators having completed the course provided by the Kentucky Mediation Center. Many of our local judges require cases to be mediated before the case can be set for trial. Mediation is a cost-effective way to manage and resolve conflicts.

Mr. Hall is a certified mediator and has an active mediation practice assisting attorneys with the mediation of all civil matters including personal injury, domestic, contract, insurance, business, and will and estate disputes. He has mediated in excess of 200 cases. Mr. Hall uses past mediation experiences, his vast personal experience with civil litigation, and various industry publications to assist with the successful mediation of disputes. While we typically perform mediation at our office in downtown Ashland, if you prefer, we will also make ourselves available at a location of your convenience.
