Mr. Haley graduated from Berea College in 1994 with his B.A., magna cum laude. He was a member of Phi Kappa Phi. He then received his J.D. from the University of Kentucky, magna cum laude, in 1997. He was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Kentucky Law Journal. His state bar admissions include West Virginia in 1997 and Kentucky in 1998.
